LESS REPETITIVE PRODUCTION
Your design stays. Your data changes.
A property price changes while its marketing image still shows the old one. Updating a catalog becomes another round of design work when every asset is edited manually. Pikstrapi turns the data you supply into an image using your prepared layout.
- Keep the original property photo, logo and agency layout.
- Generate a batch of listing visuals from a spreadsheet.
- Prepare separate templates for new listings, rentals and price updates.

Review and deliver
Download the file or configure the API and a webhook to hand it to your next tool. Reading your CRM and publishing the result are steps you configure in your own workflow.
CSV is the simplest starting point. For event-driven generation, configure your source tool to call the HTTP API and handle completed results. No native sector connector is implied.
Start where repetition costs you time.
A useful fit when you publish listings regularly and repeat a visual structure. Start with three real properties, including the longest headline, before connecting the entire catalog.
Questions before getting started
Does it connect directly to my real estate CRM?
No native CRM connector is promised. Supply a CSV or configure an HTTP connection from your CRM or automation tool if it can retrieve the required data. Setup depends on your provider.
Does Pikstrapi publish to Instagram or listing portals?
Pikstrapi generates the file. Publishing, scheduling and portal access belong to the tool you connect afterwards.
Can each listing use its own photographs?
Yes. Prepare a variable image layer and supply the photograph for each listing. Check that URLs are accessible and that the crop shows the property as intended.
