Approve the design. Stop repeating every text change.

Turn an approved composition into a reusable template. Produce campaign variations with your clients’ data while keeping control of the design.

Start with your own template and a small test batch. See current plans before choosing your production volume. View plans

LESS REPETITIVE PRODUCTION

Your design stays. Your data changes.

Changing a name, date or offer takes time even when the composition is already approved. Pikstrapi separates creative work from repetitive production: design the template, then supply its variables.

  • Keep fixed design elements and expose the fields that need to vary.
  • Generate versions from CSV, template forms or API.
  • Reuse your design work across recurring campaigns.

A WORKFLOW YOU CONFIGURE

From an event to a finished file.

  1. 01

    Choose the trigger

A new batch of text or images for an approved campaign.

  2. 02

    Supply your data

    • Headline and supporting text
    • Image or photograph
    • Date, offer or location
    • The template selected for the client
  3. 03

    Render your template

Variations of the selected composition, ready for your creative review.

  4. 04

    Review and deliver

Deliver downloaded files or configure a webhook for your review process. Check client organization, access and approval against your account’s current capabilities; a white-label agency portal is not promised.

CSV is the simplest starting point. For event-driven generation, configure your source tool to call the HTTP API and handle completed results. No native sector connector is implied.

Start where repetition costs you time.

Useful when a meaningful share of your work is producing versions of the same design. Start with one client campaign and compare preparation and review time with your manual process.

Questions before getting started

Do I need to redesign everything from scratch?

Create your template in the editor or import a Canva PDF and inspect its editable result. Fonts, effects and composition need review before you automate it.

Does it replace the agency’s design work?

The agency decides the composition, message and brand. Pikstrapi produces variations of that template from the fields you prepare.

Can I offer a white-label client portal?

This workflow covers production using templates, forms, CSV and API. It does not claim a white-label portal, advanced client management or an approval system.
