LESS REPETITIVE PRODUCTION
Your design stays. Your data changes.
Each new speaker needs the same composition with a different photograph, role and session. Schedule updates mean another round of assets. A reusable template produces these variations from information you have reviewed.
- Reuse the event design for every speaker.
- Prepare batches from your participant or session list.
- Generate new versions when the details change.

Review and deliver
Download the files or configure delivery from your automation tool after receiving the API result. Registration, distribution and publishing belong to the systems you connect.
CSV is the simplest starting point. For event-driven generation, configure your source tool to call the HTTP API and handle completed results. No native sector connector is implied.
Start where repetition costs you time.
Useful when you need many assets with a shared identity. For a small event with only a few unique designs, template preparation may not pay off.
Questions before getting started
Can I generate a card for each participant?
Yes. Prepare a template and supply each person’s fields by CSV or API. Include only the details that should appear in the asset.
Does it include registration and access control?
No. This workflow produces visual files. Registration, ticket validation, access control and communications need dedicated tools.
What if a session time changes?
Update your data source and generate a new version. Previously shared files do not update themselves; your process must replace them or communicate the change.
